A 64 mm square x 1 mm substrate with a 25 mm square binary, chrome on glass linear grating to use as a line space standard to calibrate the PSM magnification via the PSM software CAL FACTOR setting. Use of the NIST traceable pattern determines the full FOV calibration to 0.01%. The line pair spacing was chosen to work with any objective from 1x to 100x.
